Q: What is so special about this lighter to justify spending 150 dollars on it? Is it made from unobtainium?

You are absolutely being ripped off if you pay half the $150 price for this. It’s a decent lighter, but they are $50 at MOST from any reputable, honest, decent seller. This is price gouging in its purest form.

Q: How long does the flint wheel last? Will it need replacement in the long run like a Zippo or a Clipper?

Eventually will need to be replaced, but ladts a hood while. Extra flints are available from Exotac.
