WAY OVERPRICED. Horrible quality. Cheap, crappy looking material.
The media could not be loaded. The outside of the Reef "case", at first glance doesn't look great but is *fine*, except for the cheap looking, oversized zipper (which I was willing to over look because it is a baby toy). Once you open Reef case up, however, you see how truly awful both the quality of the material is, as well as the shotty way it was sewn together. This material is similar to the cheap foam "fabric" all 90's kids will recognize from the structured part of every bag Halloween costume we had growing up (think the bodice of the princess dress or the knight's chest "armor"). For a toy costing north of $30, I would expect at least some level of quality control and at least attempting to spruce up the unsightly inside of the Reef case. Seems are uneven, attachments are so haphazardly sewn in that ends are sticking through the seems! It is poorly cut and you can tell by the way it is cut that it will never hold it's intended shape. It's just so cheap looking!Which is a shame because the plushies are adorable and do say cute educational phases (but only one phrase each). The plushies are also much higher quality and there are no obvious flaws in their design or construction. In fact, I considered keeping the toy just because I like the plushies so much. As it is meant to be a gift for my best friend's baby shower though, I decided against it because of the Reef case, it just looks so embarrassingly low quality!I absolutely CANNOT justify the price tag of this item, no way, no how. A price tag of $30 for such a cheap and low quality toy is actually kind of audacious, especially considering the pictures neglect to show you what the inside looks like. Luckily I have provided my own pictures so you all can see for yourself.Honestly, it's a cute concept but terrible execution. This could have been saved by adding a lining to the Reef case, which would not have cost much more to add and would greatly reduce how cheap this thing looks. Save yourself some time/trouble and research alternate sea creature plushy toy sets, there are plenty of other sets out there that are either cheaper in price or visibly better in quality.2/10 - Would not even give to a baby.

The sound device moves around in the body of animal
The sound device was originally under the designated spot but moved around with repeated use making it hard for my grandchild to find it.

Missing turtle
Love the toy, and the animals talk which my 4yo loves. Got it for my infant. The only issue was I got 2 sharks and no turtle. The whole reason I bought it was for the turtle to go in the nursery. When I emailed, no response. Oh well. At least my 4yo loves that they bough have a shark now. I wanted the darn turtle.
