What is difference between a 3 and 4 victory bucket hat?

It has a 3” brim all around. BTW I have found this to be the best large brimmed sun hat in the wind.

Will this hat loose it's form if it gets wet?

Naw, not that much but of course anything would lose it's shape If its constantly getting wet !!!

can the small/medium fit a woman?

I think the small would fit just fine.
