Healing Through Reiki

This is an awesome little book packed with useful information to get you started on the road of self-discovery, self-healing through the use of Reiki. It really helped me, and if you are interested in the topic, then this book is for you.

Grateful for this book much more historical information. Much less rigid in the teaching than other books/teachers. Chapters are brief and to the point, the overall book is much more spiritually bases. Good for people curious about what Reiki is and long time practitioners as well. Explains Reiki levels in a way I had not heard before. Best Wishes on your journey to Love and Light.
