Q: Can these be used on the spikes of speaker stands?

No, Sorbothane is very soft and will wear and tear easily under the weight of a speaker spike. However, some speaker stand spikes are removable with wrench or screwdriver. Once the spikes are removed, you can use the Sorbothane underneath to dampen the vibrations from the speaker.

Q: Would these be helpful/functional under the legs of a bed to help reduce the vibrations felt by trucks rumbling by our house?

It would depend on the weight of your bed and the structure of the feet. If the bottoms of the feet of your bed are flat and smooth, they might be able to disperse the weight evenly across the pad. However, if not, the feet can wear and tear the Sorbothane, which is relatively soft and flexible. IsolateIT also carries Silent Feet (for appliances, but can be used for beds) and bed risers. These are better suited for beds because the Sorbothane is protected by a hard coating that will prevent normal wear and tear and prevent the staining of wood surfaces.
