Didn't work for weight loss and negatively affected my RLS
I have been taking two pills every morning for the past 3 weeks along with apple cider vinegar w/mother and so far I have not noticed in difference in my weight. I have however noticed that the garcinia is having a negative effect on my RLS (restless leg syndrome) and I can't get to sleep at night. It's not a caffeine buz and I don't get the shakes or headaches I do with other weight loss products - I just notice my legs are more restless at night.

it gave me serious headaches, I stopped taking then headache sent away and so started them again and the same thing, really bad headache. I had to stop taking and still have half a bottle left, REALLY disappointed and my daughter wants to try them but I worry for her, she has other friends waiting to see. Maybe was just me but I told her to wait till I see what you all have to say!!

I liked this product
I liked this product. I lost weight without even changing my eating habit. After the first month I was not hungry most of the time and did not crave my favorite foods/snacks. I would recommend it to my friends also. I think you have to stick with it even if you don't lose weight right away. Amagine if I had been doing exercise. I am 70 years old and glad I tried it. I bought some for my twin sister and my niece.

I guess I'm one who needs more time to work
I am just finishing up my 2nd bottle and have ordered 2 more. I have noticed my appetite has been suppressed and I have a lot more energy with no jitters. I don't look or feel as if I have lost any weight, but some products take longer time to work on different people. Hopefully by the time I finish my next 2 bottles I'll see a difference.
