Very happy with this skylight
The skylight was exactly as ordered, the customer service was excellentVery friendly and delivered with a smile, on the date and time promised.

Just talk and lovely advert.
IM the person who hardly give bad feedback. But in this time need to. I bought 2 windows from this company. 400x1200. In advertise company talking so nice so professional. Eg. self Cleaning Windows etc. Its joke. You can clean yourself. Easy to fix. Yes it is. But half of materials missing. Company not give you the very important parts to you. THE FLASSING. ( flashing is the aluminium, or cooper or plastic. what is need to fix for water leak) When this 2 windows arrived I had right sock. Immediately I made contact to company for flashing. Or other company who make flashing for this windows. NO ANSWER BACK TILL TODAY. Triple gloss windows. I have not got problem with this. But the frame where you fix the window. It is like some of cheap wood timber. You can make this anytime in your shed. Who is made this timber frame don't know the basic knowledge. How can screw it the timber close by edge. ( advice: DRILL 1st THEN USE THE SCREW)End of the time I fix it by self because I cant find professional ppl who can make FLASH after the measurement. I used Wicks Flash tape. IM not 100% happy with this.Before I ordered Velux roof windows. Was everything in packet. Was so easy to install and after so nice.Don't buy this windows if don't want headache.
