UPDATE: I contacted the vendor, and the 28" suitcase was promptly replaced. The customer service was very professional and prompt. I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the customer service alone. Hopefully, the new suitcase holds up.The handle on the bigger suitcase broke the 1st time I used it. What a bummer. The luggage doesn't stand up to scratches well either but I don't care much about the scratches but I do care about the the broken handle. The luggage is supposed to have a 5-year limited warranty so I will try to get it replaced or repaired. I know, good luck. The luggage is very light weight , which I love.

I travel all over the globe, took chance on the pink( I did buy a see thru cover, because it is a beautiful made suitcase) for the price. You get many extras for inside the case for packing. But what impressed me was the workmenship and they spared no expense for the interior. Never owned such a beauty for travel and the price was actually one half what I useally pay for a suit case. Thanks to Amazon I did not have to go shopping to find what I love.

I got my luggage today, Nude Pink. Love it! I thought they'd be small, but I am a great suitcase packer, can fit a semi in the the 20". The smaller piece is big enough to fit my laptop charger, toiletries and tablet. AND I got the luggage inserts! I will not have to worry about wearing the same undies for a week because my luggage got lost! Im carrying both 14/20 on the plane. I'll update after my conference.

Besides wishing the luggage was stackable, I wish it also locked with a key in addition to the combination just in case you forgot the combination.

We just got back from Italy. The trip consisted of multiple locations. The streets where rough which made me nervous the bags wouldn’t hold up but they all did great. These bags are fantastic. Very light but durable. Wheels works great rolling on all four or dragging on two. I the true test was the trip home with all the souvenirs in the bags. Nothing was damaged which showed how durable they were. I couldn’t be happier. We also got compliments on the light blue color. 5 stars all around.

C'est une bonne idée l'élastique sur la plus petite valise pour permettre de l'accrocher aux plus grandes mais après une utilisation, il était brisé ! Ces valises sont très fragiles aux égratignures. Elles ne seront pas belles longtemps :-(
