Durable and reliable

The third short trip on United Air, with priority handling, and the expanding section opened but not full nor heavy, It blew out the first time using it this way. It looks good, but not very sturdy and uses cheap materials, especially on the extender. I also want to repeat, the bag was not stuffed or heavy, it was expanded because there were things we didn't want crushed when we closed them.Also annoyed because their is no easy way to contact the seller when you go back to the order. We bought it less than two months ago, only used it a few times.

Same size as prior suit case but holds so much more. Very easy to roll in any direction and so lightweight but sturdy

I was looking forward for my new luggage. It was beautiful exterior but interior was such a disappointment. The zipper broke even before my trip. I didn’t have a choice to return it because my trip was in 2 days so I just deal with it. Once I arrived at my destination and retrieve my luggage the exterior corner linning cracked. Such a big disappointment. My next purchase will be Samsonite, I had a Samsonite and for many years and nothing wrong with it.

I loved the looks of this carryon enough to pay 30+ extra from same brand hardshell 1” larger.Comparing the two side by side the fancy “chrome” color wasn’t enough. From experience hardshells tend to crack and the silver didn’t feel all that sturdy. It was also smaller than the (cascade model I ultimately purchased and could not find on Amazon)I will have to trick it out with stickers or something to make it stick out The next time I’m traveling.Bottom line. Better looking but not as well made and smaller than the swissgear Model I ultimately purchased. So off to kohls to return.
