I really like this curly 12in ponytail. The hair is very soft and yes it curls nicely with a small curling iron. I did need to air them out because the smell was strong. I went through the hair because I saw something white that looked like a bug and it was. I don't know what hair lice look likes but it definitely was a dead white bug. Only found that one. So I guess this must be some kind of human hair. With that said I didn't wash it I just let it sit for a week by then the smell went away and I added more curls and was so happy with it. Got lots of compliments and the color matched my color so well it looked like my own hair. I have purchased several now and they all look pretty much the same. It's a great easy look for the summer. I can even dress it up with a crystal clip for an evening event! Thanks for a good product!

I purchased the 18 inch length it’s a perfect match to my own hair. I can wear it as a ponytail and l can put it into curly bun. My preference is the longer length, very versatile. This ponytail is of excellent quality. I will purchase another as a back up.
