First, the bottle is so poorly designed that when you squeeze it, it just stays squeezed and doesn’t inflate back. Second, the shampoo doesn’t come out easily either. The package paper tag just withers with the first contact with water too. The shampoo kinda cleans well with a bearable scent in general but won’t buy again.

My dog doesn't like the smell and gets very anxious. Doesn't lather well and the shampoo is so thick that u have to invert the bottle and bang it to get the shampoo out.
