I think the best way to describe them as far as texture goes is that it’s similar to bacon — sometimes bacon is crispy and sometimes a little chewy, but the flavor is consistent and so it is with these crisps. They are surprisingly filling. They’re a delicious healthy snack that’s easy to take anywhere.

A: The ranch we get our cattle from is Santa Carota. They are grass fed and finished, no antibiotics ever and under 30 months of age at harvest. Born, raised and harvested in the USA.

This is a GREAT product. I rarely come and write reviews, but I felt I had to do this and I'm hoping to help people that is looking for real healthy snack. First of all, it has simple ingredients: pasture raised beef, water, and high quality salt. Anyone on carnivore or keto diet will appreciate this. The texture is just out of this world, is crispy as it states the name, is like eating meat chips, I was expecting something harder but it's perfect. It's definitely not jerky, this is MUCH better. I use braces and this wasn't painful to bite at all. Texture five stars. I cannot skip this part, my order came with a printed sales order that has handwritten a 'Hope you enjoy!' and let me tell you I AM! I feel like supporting small businesses that manufacture such amazing products is very important, more in the economy we're currently living. I think you won't regret your purchase. They also included an extra small bag of chicken crumbs. I will definitely keep buying from this store!
