Beautifully Written and Easy to Follow
I have had the pleasure of working with Pam as a nutritionist, and her book Going Vegan For Beginners is a perfect reflection of the care and thoughtfulness Pam provides her clients. The book is thought-provoking and provides a valuable perspective on where our food comes from and the importance of considering the health and environmental benefits of a vegan diet. The information is easy to understand and lays out a plan for a smooth transition to a healthier diet including sample menus and nutritional facts. A must-read for folks looking to improve overall heath and vitality!

A must read for all!!!!!
Dr. Pamela Fergusson is one of the most trusted resources in nutrition, nutrition for sport, and overall health and wellness ever! Reading this book helped me unlock the mystery and nuances of being a Vegan and taught me the science and necessary application to the beginner’s guide to Going Vegan. This was VERY helpful, especially as my role as a Sport Performance coach in Athletics in USA. To me, ‘Vegan for Beginners’ is One of the most comprehensive and trusted resources for all!
