Simple and quick to set up and immediately begin using.
As a raw foodist, I’ve purchased this device to help me to identify (via overview) raw fruits carrying more nutrition in their juices than their supermarket counterparts/rivals. Within minutes of receiving the device, I’d calibrated it and then tested several of my fruit (all good).It is an excellent, easy-to-use device - and it comes as a complete boxed set. :-)[NB I really do wish devices such as this came with a comprehensive printout of Brix readings - such as for worldwide exotic fruits and veg. Hunting around online for dribs and drabs (where any data currently exist) from various charts and then having to form a conglomerate list from those, admittedly is a little bit of a chore.]

Warning - not suitable for honey
If I could give it zero, I would. Even though it clearly stated that it works with honey in the description - it does not. Also, if you have an issue with it, they have zero customer service. Despite several emails, I have never had a response. Very disappointing.
