Unfortunately the locking catch was broken when received. I believe it was broken when packed
I waited several days to receive this product and to receive it in this condition was very disappointing

Does the trick
Spent a little extra to get these to trim my Monstera, which has pretty thick stems (using a knife was becoming dangerous). I decided to get these, and it cut through the stems like better. Happy with the purchase
