OEM direct replacement
This fuel pump assembly was for the original fuel pump in a 93 Chevy k1500. Advice: watch YouTube, remove fuel from the tank if you can first. There is some maneuvering to get the tank down so the lighter it is the better. I removed the filler tube at filler cap. There is a grounding cable that I broke from the filler to the frame that I didn’t see. There is also a ground line that runs from the pump to the frame that needs to come off. Buy a hose clamp for the evaporator line as the original was kind of a bear to get back on. Jack, 2x6x3, several blocks, jack stands, open end wrenches. Repeat, watch YouTube. Great product, great price, next day delivery with Prime. I used a wire brush, a dish brush, and shop vac to clean the top of the tank thoroughly before I tried to remove the original pump ring. This is worth the time and trouble to keep 30 years of mud and road grime from falling into the tank. On front strap, take out the four frame nuts and don’t try the strap bolt if you don’t have to. It twisted the strap and I feel lucky I didn’t break the strap.Product was excellent. Thanks.

Pump only lasted 6 months. Total waste of money and time. Suggest consider paying more for quality that will last.

Perfect fit, just replace the fuel pump and all good again,,,,,,,,,,it has been years now and the truck is still running great.....
