My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Collectible Poster Book Paperback – June 10, 2014

When I received the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Collectable Poster book, I was immediately blown away by the size and quality of the posters. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the poster paper is thick and durable. Being an avid and picky collector, I was most pleased to discover that most of the posters contained within aren't the standard and by now cliché overused marketing sprites (finally!!). Being so used to the same tired images of the Mane Six and the Princesses, these posters were really a breath of fresh air. Some of my favorites were the "Solar Empire", "Nightmare Night with Princess Luna (an amazing faux advertisement poster with AWESOME artwork)" and even a couple of the more simplistic ones with the Mane Six. Many other characters are covered as well, in creative and unique ways.With many out there charging WAY too much for My Little Pony products, this an excellent purchase for $16.99 (price as of 8/19/14), despite these posters being double-sided (the ONLY thing wrong with this product). One thing that will help though is using small brads or tacks to hang your posters instead of tape, so if you want to flip them or remove them, they'll only have a few tiny holes in the corners instead of a bunch of tape that's hard/impossible to remove without damaging the posters. Plus, if you decide to re-hang them, you can always just use the same holes again, so in the long run it preserves the condition of the posters!All in all, I haven't seen many My Little Pony items for sale that are this good of a value, very much worth a discerning rating of 9/10: a MUST HAVE for any Pony fan, young or old!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this book of my little pony posters for use in my two year olds bedroom. Our love of these ponies is shared and maybe even more from me than it is from my daughter. I loved the reviews on this book so I figured it was a good purchase despite the price being high for my frugal self. I will tell you, I was not disappointed in the least bit, I don’t like that these are double sided, but I love everything else about them. The colors are vivid, and the lines are clear. Everything is perfectly done and looks amazing, the book has a hard thick side to protect it from bending. I have been searching for my little pony wall art and room décor for a very long time (close to a year now according to my pinterest board.) I have never seen art like these posters, truly unique in my opinion. I absolutely love them and recommend them to anyone else looking for some.

Ok, I wasn't sure what I was expecting exactly but this wasn't it, I got this big box and was like what, waste of space...then I open it and realize, NOPE this book is HUGE! I didn't measure it but I think this is tabloid size 11x17 or darn close lining up 8.x11 looks like maybe its 12x16. Anyway the printing and the paper is VERY thick and very high quality with a good chunk of the books thickness being an 1/8th thick hard cardboard backing, this book wont bend easily. The ONE drawback si the double sided printing, not that you can really hang 40 posters at once, and allows easy change outs by flipping the sheets, personally I am very likely to keep the book intact and use it as a giant art book, it covers great moments from the show, including a Daring Do book cover, an IDW comic cover (mock up?), posters for the Equestria Games, The best young flyers competition, sisterhood social, nightmare nights, Starswirl the bearded traveling museum, A wonderbolts show poster *same art as one of the stickers in the enter-play trading cards) a winter wrap up poster. It has DJ Pon-3, Trixie, Saphire Shores, Hinny of the Hills!! it covers everything awesome from season 1-4. It also has some nice "pin ups" of Rarity, Cadence, and a mock cover for PRANCE Magazine featuring Fluttershy. I had so many geek out moments turning the page, A MUST have for any collector. And I didn't even cover all the pages. BUY IT especially for this price vs the $20 retailThe ONLY downsides: 2 sided printing (but so thick, there is no bleed through) and the posters are not remountable in the book , I would have preferred a pressure clamp binding or a clasp style to allow posters to be added and removed at will

They covered my largest wall. Each side is colorful, clear, and the pages are thick and durable. I taped mine up in the corners, but when I went back to flip a side, there were no tape markings at all. My one complaint is that the Great and Powerful Trixie poster is on the same page as Vinyl Scratch's poster.So, if you're looking to cover a wall in pony, get this. It's about the same price as a large poster, but covers more wall space. They're also smaller, meaning you can put them practically anywhere.It's not the greatest picture, but it shows some of the posters inside the book. The poster on the far left is unrelated to this product, but I will use its size as reference. That poster, in full, is 3 x 2 feet. The majority of the posters are shown- the eight others are placed elsewhere.

I love the fact that these are all different posters, though I'm sad they're double sided - I did know that from the review however the art is too great to frame/hang and hide the opposite side. That said I'll probably keep them in the book just to look at them!

This poster book has some great artwork and the posters are nicely scaled, the colors are fantastic, the only downsides are that first posters are hard to get out since they're attached to the binding, the posters are double sided which means that there's an image on both sides which kinda sucks. But other than that, these posters are the best I've seen, the artwork is well done and is perfect for anyone who is a fan of the show.

Perfect vibrant images, great for framing and displaying! The only bummer is they are printed double-sided, so even though it comes with so many posters, you can only display 50% of them.
