I love this pillow! It is just the perfect size and is not cumbersome, like my last knee pillow, which was always getting in my way causing me to spend way too much time moving it around and not sleeping. I hesitated to buy this one because of some of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I did. It is just perfect for me and I highly recommend it.

I bought this specifically due to my hip replacement surgery. Due to precautions, you are expected to sleep on your back for 6 weeks. For 4 weeks, I did not sleep well at all. When I purchased this pillow, I was finally able to sleep on my non operative side safely. Definitely get the longer one with two straps. Yes, it is expensive but worth it if you want to sleep.

For the outrageous price, this should last many years. The pillow case is pilling up after 3 days. Extremely disappointing.

The thickness is good. The velcro can be very sharp when the straps twist. The cover is getting pretty pilly and I’ve only had it for 2 months. It should be better quality for the price.

couldn't find a knee pillow thick enough and started having discomfort in shins and ankles as well then saw this online. Immediate relief after just one night with this pillow. Plenty thick (have only used for 5 days now so can't say how it will wear) but its by far the best thing I've found. Keeps me from turning on my stomach and I'm moving around less over all as just more comfortable.
