Great looking film that allowed us to cover a door window right at the front of our house. Blocks light and is durable as a result of the strong adhesion. Installation was easy following the instructions.

This was very easy to install especially after watching the installation video provided by the QR code on the instructions. The hardest part for me was finding a surface large enough to lay it out to cut it!I find it a good quality, good value for my money and definitely worth the purchase.One reviewer said that the corners wouldn't stick, and I had the same problem but once I cut the film to give a 16-in clearance up in that corner it worked fine. That was a recommendation on the installation video. I suggest you follow it.Another reviewer said that there was no protective film on the back and while it is very difficult to get the edge separated and start to remove, it is there.I was amazed at how dark it made the window but yet everything on the outside was clear, not blurry like they show in the product photos. The picture I attached shows the top part of the blinds down but you can see how much darker the window is - much darker than the screened window below it. I went outside and took another picture and while it's not completely mirror like, it's not a sunny day either so I don't know how that's going to affect the view. Standing outside I could see the blinds rather than a complete reflection like a mirror.I'm not sure that I would be happy with it on a window that didn't have blinds or curtains but in my application it's absolutely perfect.Overall, great product and I would highly recommend it.

My only complaint is that I wish that this somehow came with a cutting tool.Warning do not assume you’ll be fine with household scissors, unless they’re razor sharp it’s a noI got the job done with a metal credit card, a bottle of warm water and a tiny bit of hand soap mixed together, and one of those hand held razor holders.Not gonna lie it was a little annoying, only because the product is like cutting through rubber. I tried using fully open scissors but quickly had to find a razor for the job and it was still a little bit sketchy. Def need a utility knife or exacto knife of some kind for 0 difficulty but obviously my fault for not being prepared.For my window type it took about an hour start to finish, I’m happy with the outcome you can clearly make out anything held directly up against the film but from a few inches away it’s anyone’s guess, plenty for the distance walking beside the door in this hallway so I’m happy. Also it gives off doctors office or receptionist window vibes doesn’t look redneck or anything I can’t complain for the price either.If you have steady hands and some patience this product is sweet, finished my door and I still have a crap ton of film left for whatever else 4/5 recommended

Was skeptical but these work great. I can tell a difference with the heat and it’s a noticeable difference with the light let in. Not blackout but dims the sunlight. Looks fine from outside also!easy to apply. See the photos with half window application for comparison.

Super easy to install. Love the product. Adds enough privacy to block out others from viewing what's inside my office during the day. However, people can most likely still see shadows from looking outside-in when at night, but that's not a problem to me as I am not in my office at night. Definitely followed instructions to the "T." I would highly recommend purchasing an application kit, as it did not come with one. The kit made the job a whole lot easier. FYI: The picture I attached, I hand cut the scalloped shape on the top of the applique myself to add a little girlie flare.

Product is rolled so make sure you have something heavy to help you hold it in place while you unroll it. Use a sharp box blade or snap blade to cut, do not use scissors. A T-square is super helpful to cut straight lines. Cut it to roughly the size you need (leave an inch or so to work with). LOTS of soapy water - this is essential to moving the film around the glass. Work quickly with the squeegee to get the bubbles out, work from the center outward. Cut the excess off with the box cutter or snap blade, go slow and make sure you are not pulling the film down or sideways as you cut.Happy with the result, see before and after, film on the left, picture on a sliding glass door.
