I am greatly enjoying the BADIA BRAND Cinnamon. It is much fresher than anything locally available in our Mid-Missouri Grocery stores. This stuff actually tastes like cinnamon should. Locally available stuff is bland by comparison.I enjoyed BADIA Cinnamon Powder so much that I ordered six more large jars of it.

It seems to me that it is high quality cinnamon. My purpose for the purchase was to add it to honey to make a tea. I also use it in Postum and Hot Chocolate for health reasons. What I didn't know is that cinnamon does not dissolve, even in boiling water. It flavors the water but remains pasty and sinks to the bottom of the cup. I keep stirring until there is an inch of the drink left and then throw it away. The paste in my mouth is quite unpleasant to me.

This cinnamon is just as good as the name brand I was buying at the grocery and it is less than half the price.
