Theses are a great to update your can lighting without removing the can. It’s been a while since I put them up and with one 4 months I found one hanging down from the ceiling but thought maybe someone hit it and I bought extra and changed it out then just a few days again I heard a Noise in my hallway, and saw it dangling from the ceiling. There is a crack in the plastic and where the screws hold the component together. If one more breaks I’ll have to return. Saved the last broken one for that reason. Not sure if this would be considered value for money

Freaking Awesome!!
Super cool lights! The led night light is still a little bright, but a dimmer switch comes in handy.

Very nice lights
Have only had these for about 3 days but love them. Like that you can adjust from very warm to very cool light. The color we like was quite bright so we paired them with a Gosund dimmer. It is controlled by your phone via their app and internet connection. Only took 5 minutes to set up and you can adjust brightness in very small increments. Bought dimmer direct from Gosund for about $20 including shipping. Would not use light without this dimmer. If they begin to fail I'll re-evaluate later.

Nice LED downlights
Purchased these to replace some other Amico LED can lights in our hallway in part for the nightlight feature. Starting with the installation these offer the typical metal junction box that is IC rated with the three 16 gauge wires stripped about a half of an inch and covered in solder. Also included are three twist-on nuts but they are for 16 gauge wire and not what you would want for connecting 12 gauge wire, or likely daisy-chaining these. Still replacement larger nuts are cheap, but this is one aspect where I prefer the Amico brand's usage of 12 gauge quick-connect terminals inside. After connecting some roughly 52 other Amico lights with quick connects, it is rough going back to twist on nuts, especially when the included nuts are for small gauge wire. These are also the typical 6" can replacements, so as long as your holes are 6.25" (again typical) these are quick drop-in replacements with a little foam ring to insulate slightly.Next, it wasn't until after purchasing and installing that I noticed that one of the three lights I installed were out of sync with the other two. Basically, these lights when switched on and off quickly (within a few seconds) switch between three modes, nightlight/nightlight with downlight/downlight. In going through the documentation it mentioned you couldn't install these on anything but an on/off switch, which I intended to use these on a smart dimmer. Turning the switches on/off several times in a few seconds will default them to be in the same state. Not to be deterred and prove them wrong I hoped on my Hubitat settings and switched the toggle function to on/off instead of dimming, before then switching it back to dimming. So now all of the lights are in sync. The light quality is good, about on par with Amico and the nightlight function is nice. Switching between the settings is easy enough and both the downlight and nightlights dim without any noticeable hum.I have only had them installed for about two weeks, so I can't speak to durability, but can only assume these should last the manufacturer's 1-year warranty (Amico offers five with theirs). So while I don't plan on replacing all of my lights with these they are convenient in a few locations and I recommend them. But I would also recommend grabbing some wire quick-connects or larger wire nuts if you don't have them already. Hopefully, Hykolity can add these to future versions as it makes installation so much easier with a better connection.

Bright and useful
Really do enjoy the options to choose brightness of lights before install. Lights come in handy with the orange glow option when you want some light in the room but not a blinding bright light. You do have to cycle the lights switch on and off to cycle through the three light configurations. I have found if you wait a few secs before turning back on you will cycle through the options just fine. If you turn on and off to fast you will stay on the same configuration you were currently on.

FIRE HAZARD! DO NOT BUY!!
We built an addition on our house and purchased 12 of these. We used spray foam insulation in the ceiling. The lights stated that they were IC rated. When the electrician installed the lights one of them wouldn’t cycle through the various on/off/night light options at all. The lights had been on for about 45 minutes. The electrician went to remove one of them to try and figure out why it was not working. The light was so hot that he burned his finger on the fixture and the box couldn’t be touched. Once it cooled down we noticed that the switch on the box had now become fused into its set position and couldn’t be moved. It had melted in place. He left this light out and we turned the lights back on to see if perhaps it was just one faulty light. It wasn’t. After another 45 minutes the same thing happened with another light. The electrician ultimately removed these lights and installed regular LED canless lights as he said, “this is a fire hazard”.I contacted the manufacturer. They told me that the lights are supposed to run hot. 120 degrees they told me. The electrician said he had a burn on his hands for several days from this. 120 degrees would not do that. He estimated that the light was probably 300 degrees. An LED fixture shouldn’t do that. Our builder even consulted with a 2nd licensed electrician. He also agreed that this is a fire hazard and the lights are not IC rated even though they state that they are. Since we were 3 weeks past the 30 day return window the manufacturer said they wouldn’t take them back and they offered me $15. I bought 12 lights and spent $100. This was new construction. We ordered the lights so that they would be on site prior to being installed. If you’ve ever been involved in a construction project you know that it’s difficult to exactly pin point time tables sometimes. Also, the electrician couldn’t believe that the boxes didn’t have push connectors. He said that he couldn’t even remember the last time he saw new lights that had wires in the box that required wire nuts. He wasn’t even sure if that was to code anymore. This is an inferior, cheaply made product. The manufacturer does not care that our house could have burned down. I’m going to trust the opinion of 2 licensed electricians over this company. DO NOT PURCHASE. I’d give negative stars if I could.
