GNC Total Lean™ Appetrex Control™ 60 Tablets

They work! I only took 1 pill which was enough to totally change my cravings for food. I could not smell anything, I always like to have turkey bacon in the morning and I didn't have a taste for it. Also, my sense of smell was gone (weird) I didn't want to eat and the idea of someone cooking or eating in front of me turned me off. All I wanted to do was drink water, no cravings for sweets or salty foods. I'm a snacker so this pill made me feel weird. I'm not sure if others have the same feelings but this is my experience. Also, I'm taking Chromium and Bitter Melon daily, I heard these two supplements may have natural suppressant qualities that may have aided my craving shut down. On another note, I take medicine for my blood pressure and at first I was concerned that the caffeine in this product would some how effect my heart rate, it didn't (1 pill a day). I did not get any type of jitters or anxious feelings. I only took 1 pill a day not the suggested 2.

Whole bottle almost gone, not a single pound dropped. It does make me feel full for a little while, but just a little, like few hours. As a result, I ate not enough in the morning and eat more in the night, because the caffeine content make it impossible to take at night time. Also it make make feel dizzy and nauseated sometime, caffeine may be the reason, I don't know.

This product does help with appetite control but works best with the Live Lean & Fit Pak. GNC has removed this product, in my opinion it was the best for a low carb diet GNC does not have anything to replace this to my dismay.I am looking for a replacement for this product. Hopefully you GNC will bring the Live Lean & Fit Pak back or something even better to replace it.

Didn't do a thing for me no appetite control took them no energy went and took a 2 hour nap never affected me also pills are huge if you have problems taking large pills theese are not for you

I love this product! It does work by stopping my cravings for food AND the energy it offers is great. I've tried other vitamins for energy and metabolism boost, but those have made my stomach upset. This product does not have any negative side effects for me (unless I take it too late in the day that I can't fall asleep at night...MUST be taken in the morning).

I am in my mid fifties and I am having a difficult time losing extra weight. Took a chance on this product and I do have to say, it doesn't stop however it slows down my urge to have something salty, fried to eat. That is my weakness. As far as a sweet hunger, I still have that however in the first two weeks of taking this, I have lost 4-5 pounds. I will keep on taking this product because I am happy with it. Just remember, there is no magic pill out there but this product does help with the hunger pains and weight management.

My wife and i are using it and it has help start our diet, we are less likely to just eat with out really being hungry its a very good product and the amount is just right, no after effects like other pills no jittery moments. I feel good after taking the pill and the rest of the day until i get home for dinner.

Did not work well but found something else.Found some drops listed under HCG weight loss. Have purchased two of these and have been loosing about a pound every two day's. This is only 12% HCG for $22, the full real thing for $250 from a doctor must work like crazy.Research the internet for HCG and Dr. Oz web site for HCG. For two year i have been trying diet after diet without success till.
