Top quality center speaker
This speaker(s) (there are 2 of them in it) completed my home theatre system. The sound is nice, the quality looks and feels excellent. I haven't painted the border yet but likely will to match the off-white wall color we have. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this speaker.

Worked great, look great,
Easy to install, just make sure you know exactly where your wall studs are and the clearance between them. Measure twice, measure again, cut once.Using the installation template, You’ll need about 3/4” of sheetrock on each side for the screw mechanisms on the rear of the speakers to fully turn and allow the speaker to be tightened up against the wall. Don't cut the sheetrock out flush with a stud…Packaging was great, well protected. We bought 2 of the 8” singles for left/right channels and the dual 5.25” for the center channel.During installation, due to odd stud widths on the wall where I wanted to place the right speaker, I had to shave off the 3 anchor post on the rear of the speaker flush with a sawzall, then I just used the same screws/holes from the front of the speaker, and drilled them straight into the wall stud, which worked fine. Total installation for all 3 speakers took about 2hrs from start to finish.Hooked them up to our Pioneer amp and they sound pretty darn good for our 5.1 setup.I definitely like these being flush mounted in the wall, compared to the surface mount yamaha setup we had previously. Looks much cleaner. You can paint them, but our living room trim work is white, so I’m fine with leaving the speakers white.Yes, you can spend WAY muchMore money on speakers if you want to.These did the job really well for us.

Awesome!
It fit perfectly in the center drawer space of my entertainment console. I used this 5252W Silver Ticket Center Channel Speaker to retire a Sony SSC8 which is a dual 4" plus a 1" tweeter. I'm much happier with the sound from the 5252W Silver Ticket. It’s handling about 100W with no issues from a Sony STR-DH790 Receiver. Sound quality from TV shows and movies is top notch. I easily push this center channel up in the 90db’s when listening to music. It gets very loud and clear.

Read this, a review from a pro
Great speaker for the price. It lacks in the 150hz to 250hz range mids are there but more treble than anything. As for clarity they are very clear. They do have an attenuator for 3 6 0db as well. Good material quality. Rear of speakers is caged to protect the cones. Also be sure you insulate the wall you install them in as with any in wall speaker or else your sound will be quite lacking and less responsive . It’s easier to move 1 cubic ft of air rather than 20. I approve get yourself one. I ordered the 5.25 center channel
