This is a very nice pan, and much cheaper than the $60 all aluminum one. It's a great idea to have a lid, when transporting cakes or green bean casserole to another family member's house. The non-teflon non-stick coating was very nice, and easy to clean.

Well made and washes up nicely. Already used it for a cake and a casserole.

I make regular boxed cakes and they turn out so evenly baked. No sticking at all, I do use a stick of butter to coat it but not much. Love that it has a cover but like everyone else said, it is hard to pop off. It would've been nice if it had a tab that you can grab to help with that. Also use a plastic utensil/ spatula to cut your cake so you don't ruin this beautiful pan.

Very versatile pan with quality to match. The only down side is putting/taking lid off.

So far a great cake pan. It's big so don't forget to measure! Love the top so you can put the lid on it! Worth the money, hope it doesn't discolor!

This would probably be an excellent cake pan, but I bought it to hold my collapsible roasting rack, which fits perfectly. The pan is heavy enough to serve as a roaster, and the built-in handles make the pan even better. The nonstick coating is also a plus, as is the impressively low price. All in all, a great purchase.
