You have to use it for a month before you'll see any progress, but if you're consistent it works great! My hair and nails grow quickly and are very healthy and strong. I love this stuff! Also, it doesn't taste like anything so you could probably put it in anything. I put it in my morning coffee or tea and it dissolves easily.

Used this product for two months straight and had so much new hair growth throughout my head. It mixes and dissolves great in my hot coffee and has no flavor. I do wish the product was a little cheaper

This is brand got it right. No taste. Very good quality and dissolves fas. Great value.

Although the product is labeled "unflavored", I can both taste and smell it. I find it unpleasant. However, I want to take the collagen for my hair and I have continued to use it. I make oatmeal every morning for breakfast and add a level tablespoon, about as much as I can tolerate. I add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, then I don't taste the collagen. Some people may find there is no taste, but I think it depends on how sensitive your taste buds are. I think it's worth trying if you are concerned about having more collagen in your diet.

I have been using this product for about a year now, and I have noticed a huge difference in how fast my hair and nails are growing, not to mention my nails are stronger. My skin is also clearer, and as I’m losing weight, I feel it’s kept its elasticity very well.It’s odorless and tasteless, and dissolves easily in my coffee every morning. Super easy to add to my daily routine.

This is pretty costly; you can find it cheaper on eBay but, i always wonder where it's been! This one is my tried and true!

I have tried many Collagen products because I a couple health issues causing my hair/nails to stop growing and I also have IBS so I have taken many products to go to the bathroom regularly. My daughter got this product in one of her "boxes" that she subscribes to where they send you products every couple months and she did not use it so she gave it to me. I put it in my coffee first thing in the morning because other wise I might forget to use it. The flavor is very mild and doesn't give anything I put it in a bad flavor at all. I swear after 5 years that my hair it starting to grow! But more than that, I am going to the bathroom like a normal person and that has never happened since I was a small child! I feel like this is really making a difference and just signed up for the auto delivery which I never do. I know $30 sucks to dish out on something that your not sure is any different than the other 500 products on here, but take a chance. Try it. You may get benefits that you weren't expecting. I just lost my job of 14 years in these crazy times and have to figure out what I can do without.............this is not one of the things I am willing to give up.
