Smells nice but don’t think it works
It’s a nice cream, but an expensive one at that - plus I’m not sure whether it actually aids a baby’s sleep. Will not be repurchasing

Does this work?
It’s a bold claim calling this “sleep lotion”… a dream of most parents of a young baby, a good nights sleep. As a lotion, it’s just ok, like many other lotions it is easy to apply and doesn’t take long to work in. No reactions or irritation despite the ingredients. The supposed magic of this lotion is the scent, which i found too overpowering and probaby where the brand thinks the customer will think they are getting their money’s worth. This is currently £18.95 (at the time of review) for a 250ml pump bottle, think about that for a minute, nearly £20 for baby lotion. It would have to be some kind of baby sleep miracle worker for me to pay that in the hope it does it’s job, it doesn’t.

Delicious lavender body lotion
The media could not be loaded. I have been trying several products from the This Works brand recently. They make sleep support product for children. Most products are based on lavender. Which is known for its sedative effect. The lavender color scheme is also present in the brand’s diesel.Tasteful and beautiful, the brand communication is clear and accessible.About this product:The body lotion has a very pleasant scent.Easily absorbed into the skin. Not sticky and greasy. The skin is very pleasant to the touch. Thanks to the scent of lavender, it is really beneficial.Pleasant and baby friendly product.I recommend it with a good heart! Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

Scent a bit too strong
A white bottle with simple design. Lotion is light and easy spread on the body. The bottle is small, 250ml The lotion has a lavender scent which I found a bit too strong. Quite hydrating and my daughter has a mild eczema. The lotion doesn't cause irritation to her skin but not helping much either. So this lotion is mainly for relaxation with the scent of lavender. it is pricey and I don't feel it really stands out from the other baby products having lower budgets. Overall, the lotion is ok, except I find the scent a bit too strong and the price being too high.

It didn’t seem to work for us……
My son is 3 years old, usually goes to bed at 10pm , sometimes can be 11pm ish, which is generally speaking a bit too late.We have followed the instructions and tried a number of times , but unfortunately it didn’t work for us, at least we couldn’t see any dramatic effects. It does smell quite nice and pleasant, though. The label says 98% ingredients are natural, seems kind to the skin, no outbreaks on skin, so should be quite safe to use.

Soft and creamy….lovely smell
Baby sleep body lotion….currently priced at £15.99 for a 250ml bottle…To be honest….I’ve been using this on myself….as I don’t get a good nights sleep….The smell is Gorgeous….rub onto chest and the smell of lavender wafts up ….been using this a couple of weeks now and I must say I am beginning to sleep better….So if this works on an older person I can see this working on little ones….Pump action top and cream is white and soft…..requires only a little cream rub in …Quite expensive for a small bottle…..Would recommend for any age….

Very strong scent
I've been using this Baby Sleep body lotion on my child for a few days now and her skin is extremely soft. The lotion is very easy to rub in and doesn't dry sticky. It does have a very strong scent of lavender that lasts all day so bare this in mind if you don't like strong scented products for your child. It contains 98% natural products and doesn't irritate skin. It also contains shea butter and aloe vera to calm skin. I think this lotion is great for baby massage and helps my child relax. Great product by This Works. It comes in a 250ml bottle with easy to use pump. Probably wouldn't buy again just because the lavender scent is so strong.

Not cheap
As with the Gentle Wash product from the same range, buying this lotion would mean spending over ten times the price of comparable products. And since shea butter is the main active ingredient of this lotion it is hard to say what benefit your massively increased expenditure would be buying you compared to many other shea butter based lotions. Given that the expenditure involved in child rearing is ongoing and considerable it is hard to say unreservedly that you should try this product. It may come down to whether you find the brand and its products and ethos speak to you personally. It's probably safe to say your baby won't care about such things.
