I specifically ordered this because it had extra pads with it. However, I didn’t get them. Curler works as expected.

hard to use

I really like this design, but its sort of difficult for me to hold and see if my lashes are where they're supposed to be. I went back to my old lash curler. It is good for when using false lashes to secure them better.

This didn't curl my lashes as others do.

This is my favorite curler and I love that I never have to worry about my 50+ age eyelids getting pinched on the mechanics of a traditional style curler. I always use heat on eyelash curlers because the result is so much more dramatic. I keep a mini size travel blow dryer at my vanity and it just takes a few seconds but this curler is the best one I've used to date.

Like that it's a cageless eyelash curler because it helps to not painfully pull out my lashes or pinch my eyelid. Is not very sturdy though and does not align properly when pressing down on handles to curl. Would not buy again.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, just got it in today, tried it and it literally cut a patch of my lashes off. Extremely upsetting, this is completely unacceptable.

I only used it a couple of times and the top wasn't aligning with the bottom part. I tried to fix it and it broke.
