I recently had really bad acne breakout lasted many months and ruined my skin, my first instinct was to buy diffrent face washes, toners, face creams to fight the acne, it didnt work... Then I bought Acnetame acne supplement here on amazon it did dramatically reduce my acne but not my cystic acne. So I continued on with my search then I read many articles about DIM and calcium D-Glucarate so I decided to buy both got d-glucarate and two bottles of DIM well within 3 weeks of taking them, no more acne breakouts!!!! and I even cried of happines everyday I would wake up and no new breakouts this acne really ruined my self esteem and it went on for almost a year I tried EVERYTHING.. right now all i have left is blemishes acne scars. Not taking the acnetame anymore. It completely stopped workingfor me after a couple months. I started breaking out horribly again....Hence the reason i added so many more pills to my regime. I know it's a lot but they really do work, and have been working for over a year now. I have not had any more breakouts. Yes I still occasionally get a pimple here and there, but I'll take that over a cyst or a breakout anyday!! I take the pills every other day though and still swear by them. My face is very clear. There are times when I forget to take my pills for like 3 to 4 days and I will see a HUGE breakout coming I immediately take them and Boom like magic it stops dead on its tracks. I want to say my breakouts were horrible, my face would hurt I couldn't sleep comfortable my whole face was covered in acne, I am happy and free now. I took a pic of all the pills I take, I take two of each every other day, except for the retro block I only take one. I found all of them on Amazon. When I first started I was taking them every single day then when all my acne went away I did every other day. 5 stars because it definitely did something to my body… just not what I’d hoped!Some months ago I started taking DIM for my hormonal acne, which was practically a miracle cure! Then I read that this was a good “teammate” supplement to help clear out bad/used estrogen from your liver. However, within a week of taking it, my cystic acne came roaring back and I had the worst bout of PMS depression I’ve ever experienced.So, I’m pretty convinced of the efficacy of this product, it just didn’t work for me! Give it a try, you’ll probably know in a short time if it’s working for you or not.

My new doctor recommended that I take the Calcium D-glucarate and Meta I-3-C to reduce any estrogen buildup in my system. I've been taking biodentical hormone therapy for about 6 years now with great success. With both supplements, I felt an instant boost in overall energy and well-being. I don't know which one to credit for this positive change, but I am happy about it.

I've had a problem with estrogen dominance for many years, and it's been torturous for me. One of my issues has been having a menstrual cycle that's way too long which has led to long bouts of severe PMS with every symptom under the sun. I'd been using red raspberry leaf tea and nature's way DIM for over a year along with progesterone cream to help with symptoms, but my cycle was still too long (5-7 weeks). I got this to try and it made a difference almost immediately. The first cycle I had while on this was only 29 days. That's crazy for me! And PMS was minimal because my cycle wasn't drawn out. The only problem was that I'm a migraine sufferer, and this quadrupled the amount of migraines I normally get. That's not a good swap for me, so I stopped taking it for about a month after taking it for almost two months. The cycle I had lasted almost 6 weeks after that, so I started taking this again, but at a much smaller dose. I now use about 1/3 of a pill per day, and I take it with my evening dose of DIM. My cycle is still shorter, and I'm not having any extra migraines.
