Will this work on sig sauer P320C front and rear sights.

I would not recommend for front sights. If your slide has metal under the front sight where the guide rod is, proper alignment was not possible. If the slide is totally flat like on a Glock then yes, but Glocks don’t need this for front sights. For front sights, use a tool similar to the Wheeler. They do front sights very well.

Does it work for Glock 43?

I used on my G 17. I can’t say for sure about a G 43, but don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

isnt a nub on the pusher needed for dovetail sights as to not push the sight itself? n why glock only?

No the bottom plate rises to meet the push block you do it by eye the bevel of the dovetail sits above the rear slid so it can be moved easily
