Easy to apply, smells OK, great product.
Just used this on some 20 year old light-blonde wood cabinets that came with a manufactured house, so we're not talking great quality. They're in a kitchen that is heavily used, as you can see from the peeling paint on the stove hood next to the cabinets in the photos I posted. In fact, that's why I was refreshing them: a man is coming to replace the hood, and I was embarrassed to have the cabinets looking so dingy.Where the finish on the cabinets was reasonably intact, but looked worn out and faded, this stuff works great. I was really surprised at how much better they looked. On the other hand, if the finish is broken up, you're not going to get great results, because this doesn't dissolve the old finish and spread it around, as some heavier-duty refinishing fluids would. It still improved the appearance of the beat up cabinetry under the sink, but you'll see what I mean in the third photo. For the price, this is a great deal- completed a whole small kitchen of cabinets, 2 chairs, and a 4-chair sized round kitchen table: and have more the half the bottle left. The glove held up well.Best of all, the smell is not too strong, and it drives quickly: about 20-30 minutes. In sum, if your finish is basically intact, this will work wonders. If there are places where it's worn off, you need a stronger product to make it "like new," which I think accounts for the disgruntled and disappointed reviews posted here. They were expecting too much from a refresher product.

works great
I purchased a kitchen set 100% wood table and chairs. After a few weeks the finish on the table wore off and every time a drop of water touched it it would leave a water mark and it scratched very easy. I searched products and tried this . I followed the instructions carefully and added three coats to the table. The shine was beautiful and water doesn't stain. It works great. I'll probably need to redo it from time to time but it's well worth it. I highly recommend this product and will continue to buy it for the future.

Works great for shining, not great for repairs
This wood gloss works well as a gloss but not really for repairing scratched wood. We have a dining room table with normal wear and tear and hoped this would hide some of those indentations. It doesn't, but it does shine the wood and make it look a lot healthier. Don't expect it to work any miracles, but its great for a quick fix to some older wood furniture.

It works!
Wonderful product that does what it claims! I have a lovely mid century modern dining room table that has a veneer top. It had a white heat circle from a hot pot that was placed on it by my too old to know better son, and I was desperate. Found this product with minimal research and liked the price, so took the risk. Easy to apply, but I can see where other reviews claims it streaks. If you apply it not too lightly, not too heavily and wipe with the grain, and then let it dry after your get your best desired effect, I’m sure you will be happy with the results. I noticed a bit of streaking as it was drying but LEFT IT ALONE for a few hours and didn’t add more product. Once it had set, that streaking was gone and I didn’t need to apply more. I think application is key with this product and I will absolutely add this to my arsenal of cleaning and household products.

It's a permanent commitment
This is essentially a permanent product. If it lands where you don't want it and dries (quickly) it's pretty much there to stay. It's very shiny but will streak if not applied evenly. And you can't wait too long to wash the applicator (rag, mop, etc.) or it will dry rock hard. As far as filling in scratches, don't expect even minor blemishes to disappear entirely. This product will improve the appearance of some surfaces, but again, it is very shiny. And once you start using it, you sort of have to keep using it.

If your wood looks dull, this product really works!
You just need a little patience — clean the surface well and apply it at least three times so the wood starts to come back to life.It does what it promises, and I definitely recommend it if you want to restore and protect your cabinets or furniture.
