Formula: Unlocking the Secrets to Raising Highly Successful Children" is an okay read. It provides some insights, but I found it to be quite basic. The advice seemed like common sense, and there wasn't much groundbreaking information. It might be helpful for new parents, but if you're already familiar with parenting literature, you might not find anything particularly unique in this book. Overall i would say its expensive and also took way longer to deliver for me.

As an active and involved aunt to two nieces and three nephews, I was looking for advice to support my siblings' efforts at setting up their children for success. "The Formula" is a thoughtfully written guide for when to allow your children to struggle to learn on their own and when to nudge them along, the importance of play in learning and development and fostering the passion for learning. An enjoyable must-read.
