Since I got a new job I started to get really desorganized with my food schedule. I noticed a change in my mood from the first day I took it. Stress is going down and my anxiety levels too. I feel that it is an excellent tool together with Estroven, I think they make the perfect marriage to feel good all day. The price is very affordable. I do not give it 5 stars since the compound in B12 is with cyanocobalamin and I would like it to be with methylcobalamin which would make B12 more digestible in the system but at the same time it would cost much more. Even so, I feel that it has had a good effect on me.

I love this vitamin. It's a great blend of B vitamins, it works well and the best part is that it does NOT upset the stomach at all. I can take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother me AT ALL. Most vitamins tear my stomach up like crazy, even if I eat something before taking them, so I'm really glad I found this one. Easy to swallow capsules and a great price. I'll most definitely be ordering these again and again 😊
