This little computer was the best replacement for my aged relative's 10+ year old machine. It's very small, compact but it packs a power punch. It has a fantastic modern processor, a fast solid state drive, above average graphics and a great amount of RAM. It boots up almost instantaneously and it comes with the latest Windows operating system. After transferring all of my relative's files and programs over this thing performed like a champ. Plus, no large tower with a bunch of wires and cords sitting on the desk! I did add a small USB external hard drive for additional storage of photos, videos and other files but even that was a tiny little thing that just sat on top of this computer. Great value for the money and a totally reliable device.

Started and ran fine, but a Windows license key was not installed. I looked on the Kingdel website and they had a customer support email address. So I sent brettming at gmail a short message about the missing key. Just a few hours later he sent me an email apologizing and supplied the Windows key! Had it installed in a few minutes and was happy. Once I started using it, I found a strange bug: About every 100 keypress values would be changed to the ctrl-letter value. In Notepad, this can be as insignificant as inserting a tab instead of an "i". Or as bad as selecting all instead of an "a". The next key typed replaces the entire document. There are also a bunch of ctrl-keys that pop up helpful window like search and replace, open file to insert, help, and so on. In short, it makes any application that needs keyboard input unusable. I thought this could be a software problem so I built a Windows 11 installation flash drive with Rufus. When I tried to install it, I I couldn't because the SSD was partitioned as MBR and BIOS only supported UEFI! So I had to use the repair option to convert the SSD to GPT to install it. That tells me Kingdel had a bunch of old MBR SSDs in stock with WIndows 11 on them, and installed them with a modern UEFI BIOS. Because you can't get there any other way. Anyway, got it installed and working but the bug is still there. I bought a Dell keyboard to see if the bug is all from cheap Amazon keyboards. Nope, bug is still there. Another thing I noticed is that this PC will not start if my speakers use a USB port for power. Then the PC would not start at all until I unplugged it's power cable and plugged it back in. I suspect the power section within the PC: That could be the reason for the ctrl-key bug as well. Just too many problems, so back to Amazon it goes.

PC performs admirably and when I experienced problem the support was extremely helpful and provided information which aided swiftly.

This unit worked fine for a few days, now the power switch has failed. I was able to get it back on by sticking a paper clip into the the hole next to the power switch, which is also the LED power on light. Now every time I turn it off I have to repeat the paper clip process. I'm not sure how long this will work.I've emailed Customer Support but haven't heard back yet..

We've fielded about 30 now and on our first upgrade replacement group! Have had random issues over the past 4 years, but always got fast and efficient technical support from the Kingdel team.
