Worked for me. I usually take a tablet approx 30 mins after breakfast. Keeps me calm and focussed. The action occurs approx 1/2 hrs after ingestion. I would suggest not having other caffeine items i.e. energy drinks or black coffee post having this tablet atleast for a few hours, else you may get jitters.
