It seems a bit ridiculous "reviewing" a length of bamboo with little fingers on one end. But here we are.Despite what some of the negative reviews indicate, this device is sturdy. The ones I received to not have splinters or rough edges. The fingers are not "sharp" by any stretch of the imagination.The scratchers are a full 17 inches long and are 1.5 inches wide at the business end. The curve is ergonomically functional. It allows for easier reaching and leverage for a more effective scratching session. We find the design actually enhance the utility of the device for people with limited arm flexibility.I would not hesitate to buy these scratching sticks again, but I doubt I will ever have to. They look like they will last forever.

It's bamboo. It's curved. It scratches. What's not to like? It's not long enough. If it was another 4 or 5 inches longer it would be perfect. But alas, it just falls, short.... See what I did there.. 😉

These work very good for those hard to reach places

Quality was good, good feel.But the consistency of each of these very poor. One of them was sharp, one was dull, and one was perfect. I would look for another brand if I wanted to purchase again.

These are excellent back scratchers! The curve makes it easy to reach without having to hold your arm at an awkward angle. They are nicely finished no sharp edges that I have found. I use them daily as I have a spot with nerve damage that itches almost every day in the same exact spot, right where I can’t quite reach it on my back. These were a game changer and I don’t ever want to be without one!

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure this was the product I wanted to purchase but I'm glad I didn't listen to the negatives. I LOVE the shape of this back scratcher! It definitely makes it easier for me to reach my back. I have arthritis and I was afraid I would have problems with the shape but it is the exact opposite. Sturdy product with nice tie at the end to make it easy to hook scratcher on my walker. Don't hesitate if you are not sure. You will be pleased. Order them!
