Q: Can these be washed?? Either by hand or in a washing machine.

I own two of these and I have never tried. I referee ice hockey and what I do with mine are spray them with a solution of Odo-ban, a disinfectant and deodorizer. If you want to wash these I would do so by hand with Woolite.

Q: Do you have these for shins

Currently there is only the Lace Bite Protection sock.

Q: Do these fit children? I see it says universal for teens, adults, etc but my son is 6 with a size 13 kids boot.

I think in this case your sons feet will be too small. I bought them for my gf. She wears a size 7.5 women and they fit her well. I have no idea what kids shoe sizes translate into adult sizes. Best of luck.
