What is the weight range?

up to 30 lbs. Our child is at 30 lbs now and it does not fit with shirt and jacket on for boating. He is also 2 and this is for a infant NOT toddler. Other wise good

Does the infant jacket have led straps?

Yes. It has one strap that goes between the legs to prevent the life vest from slipping up.
