When I bought these they arrived in a few days. I noticed that the seeds had been packaged the day that I had bought them. They are the freshest seeds I have ever come across. I planted straight away and noticed in 7 days I already had shoots. Can't wait until they are fully ready now.

I wish I had taken a photo of the seeds as there most definitely wasn't 400 seeds. I'd struggle to say there were over 150. They came in a small silver package so you can't see how many are in the pack. I had planned on succession planting these so I'd be able to harvest them at different times. I sewed the first lot of seeds in a container. It wasn't a particularly big container. I sprinkled some in my hand then took 3 pinches of these seeds for my 1st sewing. I made sure they were sewen very thinly as I didn't want to thin them too much. I haven't counted fully how many seeds have germinated from the first batch of seeds. I only needed to thin 8 seedlings. I have approx 45-50 seedlings. So even if only 50% of my seeds germinated that means I'd originally sewn little over 100 seeds.For my second sewing 2 weeks later I prepared my next container. Tipped some seeds into my hand and was surprised that such a small amount of seeds fell into my hand. I counted them and there was only 23 seeds. I checked the pouch they came in as well as the envelope I kept them to see if the remaining seeds had fallen in there but unfortunately there weren't any escapees.Very disappointed in the amount of seeds.I'm hoping that I get some nice carrots from the few seedlings I have.

Excellent service re delivery, earlier than expected. We've had similar last year, from elsewhere, so hopeful. They were very attractive and good flavour, and granddaughter was fascinated.
