I did return this item! I personally would not buy it again! The item did not fit my uses but may be good for a beginner in the martial arts or a child. If you have experiences in the martial arts and have a decent punch or kick this will NOT work for you. You will find your body absorbing most of the punch or kick! The next day you will be sore from all the tension you used prepping for the blow. When using a heavy glove or pad you will notice that the glove or pad absorb most of the blow. I hope this helps!

Expected these to be very cheap quality but I was surprised. The foam is a little hard to my liking but expecting that to break in a little bit as they get used. Really expected this to be cheap chinese-made it's definitely not pro equipment I was a little surprised at what we received and so far the kids like it.

I use these for my 360 defense drills so that my ever-so-patient partner doesn't get their arms beat up repeatedly hitting my blocks. Definitely not commercial-quality but because they don't weigh 5-7 pounds each they can be used to throw 360 hits repeatedly. If you understand their limitations these are a great tool at a great price. More like a focus mitt then a serious punch kick shield...unless you are a juvenile perhaps.

It’s a trap. The product is shown as a pair... but you only get 1. Poorly made, not stable in any way. It’s like holding a synthetic leather pillow with flimsy straps on it. I wouldn’t even let kids play with this garbage. Somebody is going to get hurt. Total money grab, save your money!

Love the design. Not very big for me but just great size for my kid to practice. Best is the thickness and the high quality leather. He feels more comfortable when hitting and punching this bag. Very durable would recommend to people who often practice kicking and punching moves

I have used other pads like this and they have a more stable holding method. This is by no means bad and the price is very good and I would buy it again, but I am looking for something that's a bit easier to hold. This has to be held with 2 hands with a powerful trainee.

This is much smaller than what I expected. It's very uncomfortable to use for striking and too hard to use for kicks. I guess it might be ok if you have a little child striking it but not for an adult.

The price is attractive and the quality is good enough for small children. I don't think this pad will last too long for adult use based on the weight and the material of the product.

Muy buen producto, yo adquirí el de color amarillo, es bastante resistente y liviano, amortigua los golpes muy bien sin lastimar las manos. Lo uso para que practiquen mis hijos y ha funcionado perfectamente.Si lo recomiendo.
