Works fine for small wires, seems decent quality had no issues.

If you're looking for a rosin core wire that ticks all the boxes, this is it!I'm using this for guitar electronics and it is some of the best solder I've used. It melts and flows nicely, and sets cleanly with a nice shine. The rosin core keeps everything clean, but there's not so much rosin that the joints end up looking like a black burnt mess (I'm looking at you, cheaper solder variants!)Why did you choose this product over others?:Price to quality ratio was great

The Solder wire is stiffer than the leaded solder but just as easy to use. I found it flows easily but may require a higher temperature than the leaded version. Good solder.

Great value for money, worked exactly as expected and the material quality is up to standard. Spool is easy to handle while soldering and the wire is durable. Overall good!

Does the job it is made for good product

Not so good - seems like the flux evaporates quickly and the solder oxidises quickly. Even at 320 degrees C, I have to wipe and re-tin the bit before every join.

The lead free solder seems to work well. I've only really used lead-based solder in the past and I found this as easy to work with at exactly the same temperatures with my Weller station. The solder seemed to flow well and leave a shiny joint. Can't say more than that!

Arrived on time as described and is a roll of good quality solder. I bought it to go with one of these new trigger operated solder feeding automatic soldering irons but the reel was too big in to go into the reel holder so I had to bend the real holder on the soldering iron to get this role of solder in. Otherwise it works fine it's very thin so it melts very quickly
