I Love My Spiralife Vegetable Spiralizer!
The stick-to-the-counter spiralizer did not work for me at all. It took up too much counter space in my small kitchen, was difficult to use, and made a mess. Washing and drying it by hand was time-consuming (I don't own an automatic dishwasher). And with space at premium storing the awkward-shape thing was a hassle and the extra blade cartridges kept falling out every time I moved it. Storing it in its box took up even more valuable space. Then I bought the Vegetable Spiralizer by Spiralife. When it arrived I took it out of the box, washed it, put a zucchini in, gave it a few turns over a serving bowl, and I was done. I rinsed it off, toweled it dry, and because it's no bigger than a pint glass it was easy to store in my cupboard. All in ten minutes or less. The two blades satisfy all my spiralizing needs. It feels very sturdy and is comfortable to use even with small hands like mine. The overall design looks so good you can leave it out on your counter. I can see it as a great conversation piece. Oh, and the follow-up email with tips and recipes is a nice bonus. I love this thing! It's worth every penny. I'm thinking of getting a couple more of these to give as gifts. As a side note, I paired my Spiralife with a Benriner veggie slicer. Together they cost about the same as a good quality countertop spiralizer, do everything the counter-toppers do, are easier to use and clean, are portable, and take up much, much, much less space.

Efficient, Effective, Easy and Economical
This is my first spiralizer. I have been thinking of the purchase for over a year and consulted many online reviews, ratings and "best of breed." Since I had no experience and, despite enthusiasm, didn't know how much I'd actually use it, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Since my husband, 2 cats and I live in a one bedroom apartment, I didn't want an appliance that would take up a lot of valuable cupboard or counter space. Today I am making pasta primavera, a dish that I thought was worthy of test-driving my new gadget. I LOVE THIS THING!I quickly and easily spiralized zucchini, yellow squash and carrot. It was fun to watch the veggie spirals emerging from the gadget. It looked kind of like those little firework snakes, seemingly appearing out of nowhere. Yes, the softer veggies were a bit easier. (Really, though, who among us couldn't use a little extra upper arm workout?) There was no waste, thanks to the handy gripper top, which takes over when you no longer have enough veggie to grip with your fingers. It comes with a little brush and clean-up was a breeze. In case you missed the specs, it is tiny - only 4 inches high and a little over 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Just pop it in its draw-string bag and tuck it into storage.

Works great. Lots of sharp edges.
I've been using and giving this product as a gift for years. It's amazing how many people really like spagetti with zoodles (zucchini noodles) instead of pasta, which is great for all those of us with weight and health issues. Plus, you just don't feel so full.Anyway, this tool is as simple as it gets: shove in zucchini, twist, poof: zoodles. Cleaning is as easy as spraying water into it at various angles.Only complaint is that it's a great tool for cutting your fingers and hands too, and that sucks. The blade is easy to cut yourself on if you try to use too much of the zucchini: don't. Just throw away that extra 2 inches, or cut it up into your sauce. But the outside edges are also sharp. If you slip while twisting, you'll cut yourself on the tool itself. The price is hard to beat, and it does what it does well. So my recommendation is to wear rubber kitchen gloves on the hand you use to hold the Spiralizer, and only twist the zucchini down to the last 2.5 inches or so.Hope that's helpful.

This works great
I bought this after trying a similar veggie spaghetti maker I bought at the grocery store. This one is far superior to those cheap Store bought devices. This veggie spaghetti maker will take a good sized zucchini or piece of squash about 2 1/2 inches thick. It’s very easy to use. I was able to make spaghetti strands that were over a foot long without even trying. I ripped through two medium size zucchini in about eight minutes and had a pile that was more than enough for two plates. If you’re looking for a good manual kitchen tool for making veggie spaghetti and even makes spiral cut veggies, this will work great for you.

but don't expect it to perform any better than that
It's one of the cheaper spiralizers available, but don't expect it to perform any better than that.Pros: I like that it can make wide flat spirals out one end, and "shoestring fries" size skinny spirals out the other.Makes nice quality spirals. The free peeler, cleaning brush and storage sack are nice add-ons.Cons: The spiked "cap" part that is supposed to hold the stubby end of the veggie is a JOKE; it doesn't hold onto anything, just spins around and shreds holes in the end of the zucchini or whatever, so you ARE left with a little wasted stub of veggie at the end.God help you if you get your hand anywhere near the blades- those things are like razor blades and I was bleeding all over my zoodles before I even realized I'd cut myself, and this was not due to putting my hands inside the funnel or being careless; this was the hand that was holding the outer body of the tool for stability, and the sharp edge of the blades stick out a bit at the end so BE CAREFUL!

Easy to use with great results!
The spiral slicer easily produces "Zoodles" or zucchini noodles which are great as part of a low carb diet. It works with any firm vegetable and the slicer on the other end is great for slicing veges up for a salad. I have found it to be easy to clean and was very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the price.
