Raw lean cones has its own loader, specifically to accommodate their smaller size.

Can I make my own cones and the fill them with this?

Yes, I don’t see why not. As long as the opening fits into the cone.

Is the packaging discrete?

Yes the shipping package is discrete

Is their a way I can just buy the loader? I don’t need a packing stick or the card.

NO...the loader comes with the stick and card only, But you can buy the auto slide loader separately all you need is to buy the cones and there cheap...
