I have to wear orthotic insoles all the time. They were due to be refurbished and sent away for 10 days, I bought these for the interim period to wear in my trainers. They are well made and really comfortable, more so than the ones I paid £500 and made to measure! These are quite thick so dont fit in all my shoes but were perfect in my trainers, and I didn't get the usual aches and pains in my necks and legs when I dont were the "proper" orthotics. High recommend. Absolute game changer for me, will be buying a 2nd pair so I can leave in my trainers and not have the hassle of swapping them over all the time.

Exact fit for my size ten safety boot. Good support with a thick pair of socks. Thinking of getting another pair for my walking boots.

Bought these specifically for my On Running shoes as they’re quite flat. Unfortunately the insole is too thick so my foot slips out of the shoe. They are very comfy and seem to work well in other shoes, but had to return them as they don’t fit my specific shoe.

I felt a certain pain relief after a few days of use. A great arch support, it fits well in the shoes and it doesn't impair the walking. It looks of decent quality and seems durable so far. I didn't need to cut it.

Firstly, these are super comfortable and have absolutely transformed my work boots in 2 ways, one of which you NEED to be aware of when choosing these substantial insoles.I bought some decent work boots but they were harsh under foot, and a bit too big (I normally wear a 13 but these felt HUGE).So these insoles made the shoes a million times more comfortable, and made the shoes fit a lot better. And there is the thing to note. These take up a bit of room in your boot/shoe as they are more substantial than the standard insole, so that makes sense. If you take out the original insole you get a bit of room back, but still I know if I were to put these in my dress shoes I’d never get them on my feet.So just be aware if your shoes are snug these might make them too tight, but if you have a bit of room and can take the insole out, happy days. If you have a lot of room you can throw it over the original insole and close up about half a size I’d say.Overall, as mentioned I’m ordering a second set for my walking boots as they really are comfortable!!

Insoles are great quality. A little too high for my arch but they look like they would last someone a long time.

Seems to work very well. I bought these for my daughter who stands and is on her feet for 10+ hours a day. She was experiencing back pain really really bad. These have provided a great source of pain relief. The arch support is perfect and really puts your arch back in place. The colors are bright and nice looking.

This was weird to wear at first, because there is a bump, or raised area, if that makes sense, just around the metatarsal area of my foot, and it was there to prevent pressure on the metatarsal of my foot. It took a little bit to get used to that raised area, but it did help take the pressure off the ball of my foot. I can only wear a pair of shoes for about a year before the ball of my foot starts hurting (one foot only, I lean on one side more) and I stand in my job all day long as a hairstylist. These helped my shoe last longer before I had to replace them. (I replace them once a year, because they start to hurt). I got the inserts around the time my foot started to hurt. Very helpful and will buy another pair for my new shoes eventually!

I purchased these as insoles for my Blundstones. I was surprised by how comfortable they are! I highly recommend- just keep in mind that they do take up a little extra room
