Meiying Durable Outdoor Dog/Pet Water Fountain Step-on Fresh Cold Drinking Water

I do dog daycare and this is really an amazing toy for them to play with . I saw other ones that were priced a lot more and I'm so glad that I went to Amazon and found this . I have told my clients about this item and I'm sure they have all bought one by now love it

This is such a cool concept! My dog loves it. But, I had to return the first one because the valve just stopped working. This is my second one and it's a slightly different model. The coupling comes with a plastic adapter that does not fit in my hose (and honestly, I don't think it would work correctly even if it did). The fitting is slightly smaller than my standard garden hose, so water leaks out because it's not tight. I'm going to have to make my own modifications, but I hate doing that. This is such a simple concept, I don't know why it can't be engineered to work correctly.

Similar to an early review, we found that the female end of the supply hose that is supposed to attach to a water spigot is some non-standard thread pitch, so this thing will NOT attach to any of the standard water hoses or outside water spigots at our house. I could obviously make it work by splicing hoses, etc, but I shouldn't have to. This thing is being returned, which is a shame... it looks to be well-built, otherwise.

The media could not be loaded. My dog loved this. I loved it, until the valve was on all the time. The spring is working but the little button for the valve is always depressed meaning that the water is always running. Lasted 2 months. Also started to rust around the edges. I thought it was well built until it stuck open leaving the water to always run.

Maybe my pup isn't smart enough but he wouldn't go near it. Just walked around it. I stepped on it fir the water to spray and he ran 🤣 I'll try again when he's older. It is cute though and works exactly as it says it would. A bit on the heavy side to keep it in place.

Our dog loves to play in the water and she loves this. It took her a minute to figure it out but when she did she was in heaven

Our boxer who loves to play with the water hose seems afraid of this. I may give it to a friend to see if their dog likes it better. It is solid metal and works as expected – – if only my dog would play with it

water doesn't come out nicely like in the picture, scares my dog, and he runs away. cute concept, but needs to be re-done
