The dock itself is lightweight but also sturdy enough as a stand for my laptop, and is helpful in making space for my desk since I use my monitor rather than laptop for work usually. It's easy/intuitive to set up and does everything I need it to do. Definitely worth it!

I first purchased this item on 4/23/22 for my office HP laptop and it was exactly what I was looking for. A docking station that would hold my laptop and connect all the necessary accessories while keeping everything neat and out of the way on my desk. I was happy with it and it had been working fine until yesterday, 1/19/23. The product stopped working with the monitors. I tested the monitors on the laptop individually and they were working. I connected the Aestoria to the laptop and the monitors again and nothing happened with the monitors, the funny thing was it continued to work with the wireless keyboard and mouse. Prior to this happening I had purchased one to use at home because the one at my office worked well. I received my dock station in November 2022, and when I received it I connected the laptop, the monitors via the HDMI ports, my keyboard combo usb, and my printer USB. It would not work for my monitors. The purpose of buying this item was to use my laptop with my two monitors. I thought maybe the one I received was defective so I requested an exchange. I received the exchange also in November and again same issue. I sent both back and received the refund for the one I purchased, but I was still happy with the one at the office, until yesterday. Due to the problems encountered I WOULD NOT recommend this product. Unfortunately, I cannot return the item because it is past the date, so I am stuck with a piece of equipment that does not work.

Included USB C cable was suspect. Vendor offered to send two new cables which fixed the problems we were having. Docking station now works as advertised.

The dock is working for my two HDMI inputs, but it isn't transmitting any data when I try to plug in my other peripherals (mouse, keyboard). When I plug those peripherals directly to my computer, they work fine.

USB C port to connect to the pc has lost a grip (literally). The connection has become loose and won’t grip the usb c cable to the point where I cannot dock it. The usb c ports are not interchangeable (other one is for power only)so I have nothing to fall back on. Usb 3.0 ports won’t carry video even if I try to use displaylink. I’ll be checking to see how long the warranty is for and filing a claim if it is still covered.

Usbc port won't stay connected. Loose

I have an Alienware 17, 2 monitors, a printer and mouse/ keyboard, phone charger and coffee warmer all on the port. So if I need to take my laptop to a jobsite, I disconnect one cable and when I return its only one cable.

First couple of weeks were a great honeymoon.After a month, sometimes one monitor will shut down, and come back up after 30 seconds. The other monitor will come up red-tinted. This only happens when using the docking station. I'm willing to deal with it.
