Comfortable but a bit squeaky
Good chair but can be squeaky, not a big concern

4 Years and Counting
I have had this chair for 4 years and it has held up very nicely.I am 100kg in weight, and apart from the odd squeaking the chair is handling my weight without any issues. So if you've struggled to find a computer chair that lasts more than 6 months without breaking. This is definitely the chair for you!

Compact, good for lower back pain due to lack of lumbar support and its simple design.
Bought this to replace a chair that was causing back pain due to improper lumbar support. Highly recommend this for those experiencing a similar issue, the mesh backing allows your back to take it's natural shape.

Seat cushion is too thin and weak, and constantly clunking/clicking.
I am really disappointed with this chair, and I am not a picky person. Read my other reviews and judge if you want. First of all, the good points: - Easy to assemble, looks good, back rest netting is good. Now for the bad. I would not recommend this chair to anybody; after just one week and many attempts to fix it or get to like it, I will look at buying another new one. I can't be bothered sending it back. I will take it into work and let someone else put up with it (hopefully a light person!)As others have reported, the cushion is so thin and weak. After just one week, my arse bones are pushing right through to the solid base of the chair. After an hour my backside is in bits. I am 75 kilos, so not exactly heavy. Then every time I shift my weight just slightly, it makes an infernal clicking / clunking noise that keeps my wife awake at night. I have tried many things to fix it - tighten all bolts really tight, loosen them a bit, whack the cylinder in with a hammer - no joy.Also. Don't be fooled by the armrest pads that look like leather - they are simply hard plastic. They don't state they are leather, but looking at the pictures I expected it to be padding, but no, the same hard plastic the arms are made from - what's the point in that, unless to deceive. The arms would have been more comfortable just left flat. What were they thinking. So, I really hate this thing and wasted my money. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HBADA - THIS CHAIR IS POOR. What do your designers do all day? Stand around doing nothing? I would say they do, as if they sat in this thing for a few hours, they would understand and throw it in the trash. Really poor. I hate it and I feel cheated/robbed to be honest.

Decent, comfortable chair **UPDATE three months later**
Like many others, I've found myself working at home over the last few months, and the kitchen chair was getting a bit uncomfortable. This chair looked OK and the price was good, so I took the plunge. It's self assembly and was a little fiddly. The screws you need (and an allen key) are all supplied mounted on a card. At one point the instructions required a certain screw was used, but these screws were found in a pocket on the card along with some others and they looked identical, so a bit of guesswork was required. It was also a bit fiddly attaching the arms on my own, but manageable. All in all it took about 10-15 minutes to build the chair.First impressions were hit and miss. It looked very low, but pull the height adjustment handle up and the gas lift raises the seat to a perfectly usable height. The arms (unpadded) can be pivoted up and down, and a large dial on the underside of the seat allows you to configure how easy it is to "rock" the chair if you lean back. It's all very plasticky though, and the back is made of mesh with a hard plastic frame around it.In terms of comfort it's good. The seat cushion feels good, comfortable and supportive even after a number of hours. The back is also nice, and the mesh means you won't get a sweaty back on hot days, but if you want a chair with lumbar support you should look elsewhere.**UPDATE**So I've been using this chair now more or less every day through the week for the last three months, and an issue has revealed itself. The seat cushion, which was great at first, has lost its firmness and now has a permanent imprint of my bottom! I'm not a particularly heavy guy (under 12 stone, or about 74 kilos) but the seat cushion seems to have pretty much collapsed and no longer bounces back after I've been sitting on it. It's still fine to use, and feels OK when I'm sitting on it, but if I put my hand on the seat before I sit down it feels like I've been sitting on it for hours already as I can feel the contours. I'd hoped it would have had more longevity, especially as the chair wasn't exactly cheap. The back and arms still feel fine, but I might invest in a cushion to sit on. Review score dropped by one star.
