The images shown on the detail page show the "Lumbar" brace on both a man and a woman. Those are all the images that we currently have of the product on a person.

Is this returnable if it doesn't work for me?

This product is not bad, if you are looking for professional medical grade products, you can go here, 𝔹𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕖𝟟/C𝙾M there are some back support belts that are light weight and breathable, better for heavy work, I bought two, they are very helpful.

Does it make you feel hot?

It did not make me feel hot. It does relieve my back pain.

Yes, the Lumbar belt is easily washed. Aspen recommends that you wash it by hand, but you can also put it into a "delicates bag" and wash it in a machine. Do not, however, put into the dryer.
