Cables are thin - as are most of this sort. Works fine.

Bunch of pedals on the shelf that I pull out just once in a while. This saves me from installing a battery or running a power adapter for just an hour of play.

I actually bought this as part of a Ghostbusters costume, so I can't provide input on how it might work for its intended use with guitars. But I can say it holds a 9v battery perfectly snug while being comfortable and discreet, and so I consider it an amazing quality-of-life purchase for any costume that might require a 9v battery for electronics.

Thanks to these cables I can run my guitar rig completely portable to include my guitar effects pedals. This is a definite low cost solution to having portable power for your pedals. I recommend you buy rechargeable 9 volt batteries as it will say you a ton of money.

Sometimes I just need to play with one pedal, or maybe two, and in my case I don't have an outlet nearby either. So I use a battery powered amp, and just use these 9 volt dongles, to externally add batteries and prevent having to open the pedals up. I just use hook and loop to secure the pedals and the batteries and I am golden.
