Weaver Leather Supply Diamond Stitching Chisel Set, 3mm, Stainless Steel for Leather Craft DIY

The 3 star rating is because the chisels did not arrive sharp and ready to work. I had to do some real work on the polisher and then the strop before I could use these on any of my leather projects. These chisels will work in thin leather one or two ounce, get into three or four ounce Horween, or Sedgewick & Co bridal stock you better have better irons. Make sure you use scrap leather under your work to save the points. I didn't the first time and my Weaver punch board was to hard and rolled a couple of the prong tips and I had to really work on the chisel to get it back to a sharp straight point. As long as you punch your stitching holes over a piece of scrap leather the chisels will work fine.

The listing is for a FOUR piece set, but only three pieces are included - six, four, two prong. The single prong chisel is NOT included.For what they are, the chisels are decent quality, but keep in mind that they are ver small. If your hands are larger, they might be difficult to use.

Well constructed solid and strong. Punches leather with ease. Handles a little small but not a major issue. I have 4,5, and 6mm sets for a variety of leather projects.

I have no issues but 1 suggestion. It could use a single prong as part of the set.

Awesome quality, especially for 3mm! My other ones bent (Aisker) on the first punch. Very happy with these!

Great tools, I have bought different sizes of Weavers irons and love them.

The handles are short and not very big around making it difficult to hold in your hand and hammer the end
