**Q: Does this release include a safety?**
A: No safety.  When you draw, draw mostly with your first finger and thumb on the thumb peg.  This will prevent you from accidentally releasing.  If you draw back with most of the weight on your ring finger, it will pop right open and you probably don't want that.

**Q: What is the draw weight max ?  I shoot recurve and compound with my release. And wore out a thumb trigger**
A: I couldn't find any documentation on the max draw weight this release can handle, so your best bet is probably to contact B3 Archery.  But, if I had to make an educated guess, I would say it can handle whatever you're draw weight is.  Just on account of how the mechanism is constructed, you would need to have a draw weight heavy enough to actually break or bend the metal hook.

**Q: Is this a hinge release or a back tension release?  Reviews are confusing.  I have a hinge and I’m looking for a back tension.**
A: A back tension release is just another name for a hinge release.

**Q: Ambidextrous?**
A: Yes  just flip thumb peg
